The dates will be announced soon on our facebook page ( http://www.facebook.com/emacpk ). Singles can also join. Maximum altitude for your first flights will be between 50 to 200 feet depending on your confidence and learning ability.

Not unless a full advance course is completed along with some experience flying, by at least one person.

When is your next date? Also, do you offer certification so we can have an international license for solo and tandem flights? What is the average take off height and duration of our solo flights in your program?
Dates for Islamabad region are based on your availability and for Karachi they are pre-planned and advertised well in advance.
This is not a one time training that you can take and fly with the professionals. The more you practice the better you get. The certification only proves that you have taken up the beginner course with EMAC, but for international license you have to prove your abilities to them on ground. The duration, height, altitude and distances of your training flights are all dependent on your own learning abilities and confidence. Simply put, the more serious you are during your training, the better your experience.

You can be tall or short, the main thing is understanding the science of gliding and following the given instructions for the best experience
On 15 November 2014, I finally got the chance to avail the unique opportunity to be part of EMAC adventures team at Karachi for Paragliding. It was fun filled with adventure while flying with glider close to Mubarak village site in the company of well trained professionals and others in the quest of adventures.
Thank you EMAC specially Mr Rashid for providing the opportunity at Karachi with such professional touch of basic training in limited time and safe para jumps.

Hi Aamir, It doesn’t work like a bicycle. You need to be able to fly independently and prove your skills before a certified instructor can recommend and assist you in purchasing the most suitable glider model based on your individual flying technique. Brand-new gliders normally cost around 3000-4000 euros.

me alongwith 3 other friends wana do para gliding. But its mentioned that it should be between Sept. to Feb. Why not now, we wana do it this month.
Hi Shehzad, Safe Paragliding in Karachi is only possible from Sep till Feb due to the change in weather/wind conditions. Anyone offering this activity during summer in Karachi is either a dangerous amateur or a rip-off. 30 second ‘Hill hopping’ around Hub area is NOT Paragliding.
Is tht necessary to take a course cant we go only for a ride ??
Hi, Joyrides require high altitudes for a satisfactory long flight, like in the Northern Areas. Unfortunately Islamabad/Lahore areas do not have such high mountains to achieve that. On the plus note… we believe an opportunity like this ‘to learn to fly on your own’ is the best return for your money and time.
